1. Service Scope

Perj provides software and interfaces for file integrity monitoring and related security workflows. Features may evolve over time, and some capabilities may be released as preview or beta functionality.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use Perj in violation of applicable laws and regulations.

3. Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for securing your own systems, credentials, and deployment configuration. Perj is a security tool and does not replace endpoint hardening, backup, incident response, or other required controls.

4. Billing and Card Requirements

Perj uses usage-based billing. To keep organization access active, you must maintain a valid payment method on file. If billing is unavailable or payment fails, access may be suspended until billing health is restored.

5. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also modify these Terms, and continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

6. Termination

You may stop using Perj at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or to protect the service and its users.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Perj is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service.
